E350 Ford Van Ball Joints

Has anyone out there done ball joints on this van. How big a deal is it for a reasonably handy guy to accomplish?

It's not too bad:

Here's an Autozone link:

AutoZone.com | Vehicle Selection - Year

The C clamp press for removing and installing the ball joints is usually a rent or loan from auto parts stores. Check the kit when you pick it up to make sure it has the right cups in it for the ball joints you're working with.

While you have the kit, it's a good time to put in ujoints too. That clamp press makes it a lot easier.

would suspect most would have a shop do it, labor usually isnt to bad on ball joints and a shop will have the tools needed to do the job most vehicle owners do not.
not sure what year the vehicle is but a ball joint pressing tool and air tools is usually required to be able to change them out air tools like impact wrench and possibly even an air hammer may be used along with seperator forks if you dont have access to these tools you should probably let a shop handle it.
