sprucing up RV

Ill leave the paint question to our resident paint contractor. On the flooring usually they cover the entire floor with linoleum befor putting the walls down. I just replaced the carpet in mine and it was just stapled down. On tires get a trailer tire rated for the weight of the trailer plus the junk your wife puts in it. I have had good luck with GoodYear as they dont seem to weather like some.

I just complete a reno of an older trailer, I used a high quality melamine on the walls and it turned out great. covers really well and sticks. Used it on the cupboards as well.

I also used click-lock "wood" flooring instead of carpet. I sealed the joints with engineering glue to keep water out. I also let it float so that it didn't buckle when the trailer was moving. Then I added 1/4 round attached to the floor, not the wall to finish it off.

Over all it is holding up well into the second year, and easy to sweep the dirt out.

Just some ideas.
