1500 Ram overheating

!997 Dodge ram overheats after about 30 minutes regular driving..over 212,000 miles..Radiator/waterpump/stat..all replaced around 175k...no heat from vents..just regular air..plenty of coolant..check valve recently replaced because of ac blowing thru defrost vents...Is my thermostat needing replaced?..or maybe water pump?..no signs of leaks,or strange noises..Any advice appreciated!

Might be time for another thermostat, as well I'd check rad hoses for soft spots where they may be collapsing at highway speeds for one thing. Happen only at highway speeds, or when idling as well? Have you tried throwing heater on high when it heats up to see if it temperature comes down at all? (acts like an extra small rad) Is rad fan operating as it should?
