Bosch American Wiper Motor

I have a 1948 IHC that has been partially restored. The wipers don't work so I took off the cover plates (one on each side). There are Bosch American motors I assume were used to replace the original equipment. They are oval shaped, electric. There is an female electrical receptacle on the side of each motor. The plug that fits into it looks just like the kind you find on the back of a video device that you would plug in a video in or out type plug. I don't see a ground anywhere. Does anyone know how you wire these and what type of plugs to use? Thank you

Is it a positive or negative grounding system? If you have pictures of the wiper motor connector, you may want to post it on a site such as photobucket.com and copy/paste the IMG code to your reply post.
