Fuel Gage Virbration

I have a 1997 GMC Surburban (1500) I had the fuel pump replaced about 4 months ago. Now when I start the truck the fuel gage bounces back and forth, then settles where the gas is, but gage is vibrating? Any solutions? Thanks

P0300 Random Misfire

2000 Chev Sliverado 1500, 5.3L, 93K miles. Get service engine light every so often. Check with my scan tool and I always get P0300 Random Misfire. Only happens at cruising highway speeds. Can't hear or feel anything. Most cases it just goes away or stays away if I reset it anywhere from weeks to months. Any thoughts where to start looking? Random misfire doesn't tell me very much. :(

I have a 2008 Chevrolet 2500 HD Diesel pickup. The required fuel is Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel. Our low temperatures are in the low teens. Do I need to add anything to my fuel tank with the fuel? This is my first experience with diesel engines. I am looking for advice on cold weather operation. Thanks.
