over heating

I have a 2001 Beaver Patriot M/H with a 330 cat. diesel pusher. When I'm in the hills and or long up hill grades it runs hot. any Ideas as to how to fix this issue.

The few Beavers I've worked on have had a "side draft" radiator with a hyd motor running the fan behind it powered by the P/S pump.I have seen the fan hub cracked/broken so the fan does not operate at speed.I'd be looking that part of the system over first.Next when was the last time you had the antifreeze filter changed? It could be plugged up restricting coolant flow. Last is a stuck thermostat those Cats have a bypass in them that allow flow but nowhere near what an open thermo has.
Good Luck
