Norcold N621L not getting cold enough

Having refrigerator cooling problems.
Everything works on 120V and propane and no error signals are displayed in my Norcold N621L RV refrig. No Ammonia odor either.

However it is not cooling down in the refrigerator portion below 50oF and the freezer is leaving the ice cream soft. (no temp gauge in there)
I checked the vent stack, it's clean
If I put a fan in the back it seems to cool down a few degrees more.

Do you have any other troubleshooting suggestions?
I'm RVing in Mexico and I'm not sure I can get any help.

It's worked fine up to today.

Have you checked owners manual regarding fridge going in to back-up mode so that you can set temperature manually if sensing device malfunctions?
