Question 98 Chevy 4WD pickup with 350, radiator leak?

I have had a small radiator leak(?) for several months now. My truck is driven 1-2x weekly (hence the 110k total miles). After topping off the radiator then running the truck over the summer, I notice wet spots at the front & rear of the engine. Hoses checked okay, and a trip to the local service center gave an okay result on the pressure test. Now, 6 months later, the fluid has dropped several inches and I had to refill again tonight. I would expect that any cracks or leaks would show up during the pressure test. So, what should I check next?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Check your oil. Is it clean? Milky color? Head gasket leak on oil passage side.

Check your coolant overflow container. You have dexcool? Is the container all sludge looking and the dex coll is brown instead of orange? Leak at head gasket on exhaust port side.

But wet spots??? Maybe you overfilled the resovoir and it came out the overflow. Over heating issues?
