No heat ot feet

Can any one tell me what is wrong with my 2007 Ram pick up
heater control. It will give heat to defrost and there is plenty of heat
coming out, but the control will not switch to putting heat on my feet.
Only a very little comes out.

Just did the HVAC control unit on my 2001.5 Ram Q cab "V 10"
One of two thngs. Look for a vaccume leak in the engine bay. Black plastic hose about 3/16. [ this is most common] If not it is the control unit.
Note. Mine would only put air out from the defrost vents None else.

Not sure on 2007's , but if it is a diesel, check the hose from the vacuum pump all the way up across the firewall to the heater. You could have a loose connection. If it is a 4wd, does it lock into 4wd, and does the light come on? The vacuum pump exists for one reason, to activate the heater doors and 4wd hub actuators. Diesels are positive atmosphere, so no vacuum exists and it has to come from a separate vacuum pump.
