Unhappy Fault Code "no" "co" message showing up on my Norcold refrigarator in RV.

When we are not using our Holiday Rambler we plug into a 120 outlet and this allows us to run frig, and lights. Somehow the plug came out, probably grandkids but this should have switched the frig over to propane. The propane is showing empty so we plugg the frig bcak into electric and now we have this code showing up. I called Norcold and they said I could do a hard reset, okay what is that? Had big plans this weekend but looks like we might be staying at home.

A No Cool fault code should be reset by simply shutting fridge off and turning it back on. This gives the fridge opportunity to correct fault and once it finishes a complete cooling cycle, it will erase the code. If that code has appeared before, or fridge fails to operate and cool, then you will have to take it to a service center and technician will have to perform various tests for problem areas, then do a reset as outlined by Norcold.
