E-350 Door panel

The passenger-side glass on an E-350 has fallen down inside the door.
I'm stuck on how to remove the panel, especially the window-crank,
and get to the glass.
Also, is the window regulator a common unit to all Ford trucks?

didn't state what year model.
probably has a 'W' shaped spring clip that holds the crank handle to the regulator stem. will need a 'special' tool - should have one at your local parts store- not expensive.
salvage yard can tell you what will interchange
door panel has plastic push in 'Christmas tree' pins-around the perimeter- that you pry out with a pair of needle nose or an other - trim tool. - will probably need new pins - use care as to not damage the door panel it self

Thanks a great, big fat heap, newtofta.
It's an old bomber, belonging to a friend; so I'm off to A-Zone for
the tool and then to the boneyard.
Thanks again
