Question '95 Ford Explorer (automatic)transmission problem,need diagnosed.

My '95 Ford Explorer transmission keeps slipping in the morning or when it's been sitting for long periods of time,it just takes a few seconds for it to slip intheyto gear (drive, reverse) once I've driven it for a few minutes it has no issues. I've had the fluids flushed & the levels are good & clean, last time I had this issue the fluids were low & added fluid & issue was resolve until I had my radiator replaced by. Local auto shop it was then that it began slipping so took it back to them to address the issue they said they didn't touch the transmission could they have in any way altered it while replacing my radiator? Or could it be my transmission bands?any body have any suggestions?

There would have been some loss of fluid because of the tranny cooler being in the radiator, but if it was low you should have noticed that by now.

You didn't say how many miles are on it, but good chance it's simply worn out.
