Ford F250 4X4 7.3L Diesel Truck Oil in Coolant ?

I have oil in my coolant. Thinking it is a blown head gasket. Anything I can check to see what the problem could be? Could it be something else?

Needs some troubleshooting advice. Thanks

Preforming a compression test on each cylinder should confirm your suspicions...

Good luck and have a great day

Just an update. I am the OP. I think the o-rings need to be changed in the oil coolant - so ordering the parts for about $65 and going to try that first. Will update for others to know if this works. I read up on this problem online and this sounds like my problem. Susan
