Toyota Land Cruiser brakes

I have a 1970 Toyota Land Cruiser. I did a disc brake conversion on both the front and back axels. I took a power brake booster from a Toyota pick up and bought a new master cylinder for the same truck and installed the kit that was made for the conversion. The brakes work great except for one thing. I can get all 4 wheels to lock up at about half pedal, but if I keep pushing, the pedal will continue to go all the way to the floor. I replaced all rubber brake hoses as well, and brakes were bled properly.

Absent any air in the system, would tend to point to the master cylinder. Did you do a good bench bleed before installation?

Master cylinder was bled, and there are no leaks.

So I've got a 93 Dodge dakota 5.2L 4x4 I'm hearing some metalic grinding noies coming from front and back passenger side. basically when I'm driving as I hit the gas initially you'll hear it and it will go away as I speed up, but when I let my foot off the gas to coast it kinda raps on clunks abit and when I press back on the the gas it grinds until I hit a certain speed.
