92 chevy cheyenne losing power on inclines

I have a 92 Chevy automatic transmission that loses power on small hills the transmission was replaced and the coolant sensor1500 dollars later I'm going crazy it keeps doing the same thing it takes too long to shift from 1to 2o I replace the injectors myself and still is in the same condition. I put my foot to the metal qne just doesnt want to go. On flat terrain is fine. please help, any input is greatly appreciate it.

Do a scan for error codes and post any codes you find.

Rule Out:

Fuel pressure PSI (delivery issues) via a fuel pressure gauge.
Fuel regulation issues.
Vacuum leaks via an engine vacuum pressure tester.
Cylinder compression issues via a compression test.
