I am considering Selling

2006 Jayco Jay Flight 31BHDS – In service since 2007

• Been permanently parked since purchased

• Interior is in perfect working condition and cosmetically attractive

• Exterior sides shine better than brand new as they have been washed and Turtle Waxed every year.

• Appears that the roof was built/covered with a fabric backed TPO rubber membrane that “wicked” - as there is one low roof corner spot above the main bedroom, and a few other random soft or “crunchy” spots closer to the edges – but those have no indentations.

• The original awning has pin holes.

• I was wondering what anyone might think would be a fair selling price at this time?

You'll get more for it if you waited until spring to sell it.
That future major roof issue is going to one good reason to take what you can get and move on ASAP instead of having to deal with a useless leaking trailer.
