Travel trailer: (TPO) rollback and roof repair
Getting closer to DIY repair weather. I see how you would remove the whole roof membrane - by removing the awning and then the termination bars/strips along each side - under which the membrane is tucked/secured.
But, I only need to replace the one piece of plywood RIGHT across the front end!
So, what are my practical options for cutting/rollback?
Will I get enough working access (to remove and replace plywood) IF I make Controlled membrane LENGTHWISE cuts - an inch or so IN along each side - BUT STILL ON THE TOP? I have 6 inch tape and Dicor ready to use.
Is there maybe a better way ?

Your roofing is from.... Alpha Systems, LLC - Products for the RV, Cargo Trailer & Manufactured Housing Industries
The picture illustrates what you are considering doing. Ive seen roofs repaired that way but I have no practical experience in doing it. Without messing with the sides or doing a complete roof your choices are limited.

You need to take off the two corner strips.
Take the side strip screws out far enough back to where you need only, and the top strip off completely...
Then roll the roof back carefully to expose the wood.. If you need to go back farther then the vent, and one awning support, then the support will need removal will need removal...
Also the only thing after you repair is recaulk all joints, screws, and seams when done and use liquid roof... All other products are junk IMO...
Its like putting a new roof on and your lap sealant days will be over...

Pretty good video. I don't think I would have left all those pieces of wood on the old TPO.
Wonder what the inside looked like if he had mice in the ceiling.

Good Video, but ...
Starts with the Membrane ALREADY rolled back. None of the intricacies of the rollback are shown, nor is the reattachment of the sides of the membrane shown ??

More Details, Please
Mike, you said:
"You need to take off the two corner strips."
(I went up today to take a closer look and am wondering if you mean the strip which appears to be just one piece from over the top corner all the down to the bottom on the camper? I only saw ONE screw head on the crowned middle strip right down by the bottom.
"Take the side strip screws out far enough back to where you need only"
(I have no idea how to get AT the screws you refer to - where to BEGIN - there are NO screw heads visble? Also, does the gutter itself have to come off?)

That last video helps, but I am worried that the job would be too much for me to handle.
I'm thinking again about just cutting along the top on the SIDES and hoping that I can reach the screws where the plywood is attached - only having to remove the front end strip - and nothing along the sides - which actually LOOK very secure and very hard to get at...
