2001 Ford Ranger horn not sounding but clicking sound.

Does anyone know if this truck has an auxillary relay box next to the horn ? My online manual shows a diagram including a horn relay in an auxillary relay box but I couldn't find it.(It's not in the main Power Distribution box) When the horn button is pushed I can hear clicking next to the horn unit. But it looks like I would have to take out the headlight assembly at the minimum to get to it. Is there an easier way to get to this?

The aux relay box is under the dash to the right of the steering wheel.

It may be the horn itself you hear clicking. There may be two fuses that can control the horn. The one for the horn power itself and one for the relay.

What is the engine size and trim package on your truck ? I'm seeing conflicting locations in the 2001 model year.
