Heater blowing Cool Air

Nissan Titan 2011 blowing cool air when heat turned on. Rad fluid checked and no issue.

Is it a thermostat; a heat core flush needed; the electronic valve; thermostat stuck open?

Welcome to the forums.

Check the two rubber lines going to the heater core. They should both be hot.

You may have a problem in the hot/cold blend door system.
