1966 Chevy C20 Dually question

I just bought a 1966 Chevrolet C20 Dually 2 wheel drive. When I bought it it just had single wheels on the rear cause the guy I bought it from did not want the dual wheels on it. I how ever do want the dual wheels on it I have never messed with dually wheels before. So my question is how do I install the with only have one set of lug bolts. There is also a spacer on it right now with the single wheels on the rear any and all information would be great maybe a diagram would be helpful. Thank in advance.

You probably need to remove the mounted wheel and turn it around, then install the next wheel facing out - they share the same studs/lugs.
