Front brake line

My grandson just bought a Nissan Xterra, possibly a 2003. He called my wife and said his front brake line has a hole in it and he had to park it. So it looks like I've been elected to go over there in the morning and fix it. Anyone know what size wrench [s] it takes?

One I know is a 10mm line wrench. usually 14 or 15 wrenches. screwdriver or pliers to get clip out. Hope the bleed screw comes loose.

I hope to have the correct tools with me when I get there I wouldn't have thought to need something as small as 10 mm. It's a shame it can't be driven here for me to work on but that's how it goes I guess. He's supposed to call me later this evening so maybe I can get a better idea of what I'm getting into.

Ended up being a bigger job than I expected. It was the hard line that had a hole in it. I replaced 70" of the line and used the end of the existing line to finish .... only the fitting I took off of the old line didn't match the fitting on the end of the new line so I had to go back to town and buy a package of 5 fittings just to get one Had a hard time getting the front brakes to bleed, couldn't bleed the back - both bleeders were snapped off. I guess wheel cylinders will be the next thing I get roped into

Oh, and it is a 2002. He's already been out playing in the mud with - got some in my eye and mouth

I find it hard to believe they can't come up with something better than those damn bleeders other than a little rubber helmet.

I bought me a 6" pipe wrench...they either open or snap.
