Electrical Problem, 2009 GM PU

Looking for anyone with suggestions for problem, intermittent, power door locks, actuate up&down, while driving, voltage meter guage jumps back & forth,lites flicker. I have replaced, Battery Cable ends , Alternator , ground cable seems tite

Without really understanding your explanation of problem(s), off hand my first inclination would be a loose connection in a wiring harness somewhere.

Yes, that's what I think, also.
I was hoping to find someone else, that had this problem, & Did they FIND the culprit

Use a multimeter and factory wiring diagrams - test voltages in various spots while driving and the problem is occurring. An analog voltmeter might show loss of power quicker than a digital meter.

If you do not know how to troubleshoot electrical problems, take it to a factory mechanic.

2008 Dodge Ram, so not the same vehicle, and I don't recall it showing on the voltmeter, although I imagine it could under the right circumstances, but I tracked a window and door lock problem a couple years ago to the wiring harness where it passes through the flexible connector between the cab and door. I was going to repair the first wire I found damaged, but kept going and found 5 or 6 that were broken and/or bare so ended up replacing the harness.
