Question Toilet Makes Dripping Sound

My toilet makes a constant dripping or "tinkling sound". The sound is coming from the tank. When I remove the tank cover to look in, I see no bubbles I just hear the constant dripping, tinkling sound. How do I fix this problem? Thank you.

Most likely, the flapper is letting a little water by. Check this by adding a little food color to the tank and see if the water in the bowl changes color. If it does, replace flapper. Clean the seat it sits on with a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad.
If water does not change color, look at the water line than runs into the overflow tube. Check that it completely shuts off when the tank is full.

Any further problems, questions, ask away in this thread, someone will answer you.
