Unhappy same toilet problem

Concerning my letter of Aug. 5 and the toilet problem. I got a response from Tom Bartco and I thank you. I tried all 3 items that Tom suggested, but to no avail yet. I have learned that my daughter was throwing tampons down the toilet when this problem started. I must have a partial block somewhere in the drain. This would make sense due to the fact that we can't use Charmin TP, because of the same problem. Plumbers have told me that Charmin is a big culprit in plugging toilets. Is there anthing that I can do to disolve this plug, or something else, short of calling Roto-Rooter. A plumbers helper doesn't work. Thanks again in advance.

If a toilet auger won't remove the object then pulling the toilet is your next bet, sounds like there is something in the toilet and it's not just a paper blockage

Is this toilet on the lowest floor of the house. If so, it may be a clogged sewer pipe. Any floor drains, bathtubs, etc... nearby affected?

The toilet is on the second (top) floor and so far, nothing else is effected. It has me baffled. It may be time to pull it, or dynamite.

Brand and Model

The only thing that I could find on it was 1140-CISA and that it was made in Chili. I don't know anymore as it was in the house when we bought it.
