replaced ball ****, supply tube, flapper now loud rushing water sound when filling

what can be causing this. Im thinking theirs some kind of restrictor on the ball ****. No sure though. The ball **** I used is that one in the green box that every1 uses

Cool

That sounds normal.
However, you can lessen the water pressure to the toilet tank by slightly closing the shut-off stop, if you wish, to lessen the rushing noise. It will just take a little longer to fill.
