They all have a little water inside the tank, I was told that it's normal.

yes, i am sure it is under warranty, but as the other guy said they always have maybe a 1/2 inch of water at the bottom of the tank. dont worry about it unless it is spraying or filling up higher into the tank or if it fails to flush properly.

Angry HELP?????????WATER IS 1/2 INCH FROM TOP OF TANK!

The water is 1/2 inch from the TOP of the tank and the valve is completely submerged and it appears that the water has or is leaking from the top of the tank because there are calcium deposits all the way up around the rim of the tank (not the bowl) this is definitely not normal are there any user serviceable parts on the sloan valve that would repair this?
