Problem with pressurized water toilet?

I just had a new Eljer Aqua-Saver pressurized water toilet installed in my condo. The water jet in the toilet bowl is extremely powerful; in fact, it is so powerful that sometimes instead of pushing solid wastes through the toilet, it breaks the solid waste
into many, many little pieces. I then have to flush a second time.
Any suggestions or is this just a characteristic of this kind of toilet? Thanks for any help or suggestions!
Dave

Not sure about them, might just be the way they are.

That flush is equivilent to 70 gallons per minute, it was designed to break the solids..
