overflow at cleanout, plus gurgling/bubbling

Now it just so happens this easy to remedy problem (snaking to the main line) occurs right after the plumber installed a vent for a soon-to-be relocated washing machine. He utilized the existing vent for the lavaratory on the other side of the wall. Hmmm, could it be the new vent causing this problem? Or is it likely those 15 pecan trees in the front yard? Either way, its Saturday, and Im without drainage til Monday sometime.....sign me....stopped up in more ways than one, Joan

It's the trees, and not the new vent
