I'm in the shower and somebody flushes...

This question was asked in another forum and I'm still looking for an answer:
I'm in the shower and somebody flushes the toilet.We all know what happens.Is there an easy, or un-easy, fix to this?

Replace the shower valve with a pressure balance shower valve.

Tile Shower waterproofing?

Ten year old Florida home, concrete slab, shower floor sunk-in about 6 in. Mortar around drain allowed floor tiles to loosen up - redoing shower. Some suggest laying a waterproof membrane and then mortar, then floor tiles. Other say: Skip membrane as shower floor is lower - Suggestions?

Removing Faucet Handles

I have a leak in the bathtub (dual faucet handles). I took out the plastic cap and removed the screw behind each cap. I though the handles would come right off, but they do not budge. Is there a special tool I need or can anyone tell me how to get the hancles off. Thanks
