Galvanized pipe corrosion

I have buried galvanized pipe coming into the house from the street supplying my city water to the house. The pipe has been in use for almost 50 years. I know there is corrosion internal to the pipe that is restricting its flow (as I changed out the same pipe in the basement which it feeds). Is there anyway to increase the flow volume / pressure inside the pipe without changing out the buried pipe(DONT WANT TO TRY THAT!). I was thinking of someway to scrape the inner walls, or ultrasonic, or ?

Cool

I'm afraid not.
The ONLY solution to galvanized pipe is replacement.
