Question Cold Water Supply under Concrete

I am planning to run cold water supply line under the driveway. What is the IRC/UPC restrictions or code regulations regarding running cold water line under the concrete?

Check your code for the depth you need, insure it sets on firm ground.

Soft Copper is perfered

Can Use PVC

Thats it for UPC Code.

Same here in GA... we use pvc underground for service lines mostly and only have to be 12" deep... But check your local codes for special cases like going under a driveway... If I go under a parking lot, I have to go 3', but I think you can get away with 2' under a driveway...
