slow drain on double sink

I have a double sink in the kitchen. The drain is slow and backs up into the ooposite sink. When I plunged it, I noticed some grease coming up the opposite side. What is best to use to remove grease build up?

You could try boiling hot water. But typically it cools down before it gets all the way down the drain.
You will probably have to snake out the drain line to get it flowing again.

And once it is free flowing, you can try using an enzyme grease build up remover to prevent this from happening again

...or even better, don't put grease down the drain. Get a grease can and use it.
