replacing drain pipes under house

LAST WEEK DURING A FREEZE THE PIPES UNDER ONE OF MY BATHROOMS WERE FROZEN & SPILT. WHILE UNDER THE HOUSE I NOTICED THAT THE OTHER DRAIN PIPES DID NOT GO DOWN AT A REGULAR SLANT. IT LOOKS LIKE A ROLER COASTER UNDER THERE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE CORRECT DECENT RATE

The proper grade will be a 1/4" per foot as a general rule...
