Plumbing - Frozen Septic

Went on vacation for 3 weeks. Came Home. Septic
Frozen. Had Septic Pumped out 16 months ago,
only two people. System is 7 years old. Any
suggestions on how to thaw? Water is coming
out of top of tank into yard.

Cool

It's impossible to tell what exactly is frozen...just the distribution box from the tank or all of the drainfield lines.
There's nothing that you can do that I know of until the ground thaws out enough for it to start functioning again, except pump the tank.
Call your local Heatlh Department that issues permits for septic systems. Perhaps they may have a suggestion for you.
Good Luck!
Mike
