Question High Pitch squeel

Over the last couple of weeks, I've noticed that when I turn on the water (from any faucet), I hear a high pitched squeel and that sometimes when I increase the pressure, or turn it off and then on again, it goes away.

What could be causing this? I've lived in house for 18 years and this is a first.

Cool

Sounds like it may be excessive water pressure.
Are you on public water?
Do you have a pressure reducing valve?
If you have a PRV, it may need adjusting, repair or replacement.
Good Luck!

Sounds to me like also excessive water pressure. Need to check water pressure and work from there.
