musty smell in condo

Hi, I just had by bathroom renovated. Replaced tub, tiles and bathroom sink. I live in a condo and now my neighbor is saying there is a musty odor coming thru the wall to his bedroom. I can smell a slight odor in my condo but he said its very bad in his? My neighbor on the other side of me says he has no smell and my bathroom is closer to him. We had a lot of snow this year, and the ventilation system in our hallways wasn't working for a while. Can someone help me figure out if it is a plumbing leak or a ventilation problem. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cool

Could possibly be caused by a leak, but it sounds more like a ventilation problem. Water from the snow may have gotten into the ventilation system.
Needs to be inspected. You don't want mold to start forming in the ductwork, walls or ceilings.
