relief valve on pipe comeing from submersible well pump

how can i fix the dripping from the relief valve on water line comeing from well?it looks something like a releif valve on a water heater but it doesnt have a handle or lever you can use to drain...is there any adjusting i can do or do i replace it

First off you should make sure it isn't dripping because of high pressure. If your pressure switch is stuck closed, your pump will run all the time and could reach the 75psi that the relief valve opens at. If you have a gauge and are sure pressure isn't the cause, just replace it. It isn't expensive at all and not too tough to change.
