Moving a radiator

Hi I need to move a radiator in a small bedroom across the room about 7 foot ,
1. how do I get the floorboards up the are tongued 7 groved
2 .how do I drain down the water thats in system
3. and how do I refill the system after I have done the pipe work
all help would be Appreciated:

1. Genereally, it is easier to removed and replace a sheetrock ceiling than it is to remove a floor. Can you get to the pipes from below?
2. There should be a drain valve on the boiler. Make sure you shut off the supply water first.
3. Most modern heating systems have an automatic refill valve/pressure regulator.
