hose faucet on concrete wall

Running a water line in garage for hose to wash cars etc. The walls are concrete, so I have to surface mount the copper pipe. How do I mount the babcock faucet hose connection? I cant recess it into the wall, so it will stick out at least 4" or so, is there some sort of "standoff" mount bracket that I can use to secure it to the wall?

Thanks-Josh

No.

I do wish Nibco or someone would make a top inlet, wall mounted hose bibb. I have not seen one.

Use a drop ear elbow as the last fitting and this can be fasten directly to the concrete with tapcons. If you use a female, C X C (copper to copper- sweat), "no kink" Nibco hose bibb, you will find it sticking out about 2 inches from the wall.

Good luck with your project and I hope this helps out.
