Diff b/t gas and water lines

Can anyone tell me which line is gas and which is water. I am trying to install a gas dryer, and there is a line behind the wall someone. Once I figure out which is which, I can begin to cut away the wall. I am trying to minimize repairing the wall afterwards. I've attached a photo of an opening that I already have.

Sorry, I attached a photo, but it didn't post. There a 2 sets of pipes. Each set has 3, which appears to be from the slab, which merge into 1. On one set, the pipes are bigger.

Hello: johnpy

I order to get you the professional advice of those in the industry whom install piping systems, I moved your question to this form.
