No Kitchen Sink Cold Water

We have one of those one knob type kitchen sink faucets that you move to different positions to get a mix of water temps. Recently, when I move to the cold position, it takes very very long to get any cold water, if at all. This is not an issue in other sinks in the house. ANY IDEAS HOW TO FIX?

When you say it takes a long time to get cold, do you mean you get warm or hot water first and then eventually cold, or do you mean that you get no cold at all for a long period? Turn off the hot and cold controls under the sink and then take off the handle and take out the stem and inspect the valve body for debris... Check the valve stem also... Take it with you to a hardware or plumbing supply store and get the parts you need...
