Should be a mounting locking ring on it, it should twist back onto the bottom.

Need advice - New bathroom in basement

My husband plans on splitting the laundry room in half and adding a new bathroom to the other side. There is a "rough in" there (two holes in floor), but I'm not sure if this is a job for two inexperienced people to take on. My questions are, have any of you installed a new bathroom? How hard, expensive, time-consuming was it? Any ideas where we should begin. My husband plans on beginning by asking one of the Home Depot guys. Thanks, PatRead More
