water pressure

we have an increasing problem with water pressure in our 3 flat building. There is major relining of the sewer system two or three blocks away. However, I don't really think that is the problem. Where should I begin?

Cool

The sewer system doesn't have anything to do with your water supply pressure.
Your problem could be in your water meter, a Pressure Reducing Valve (if you have one), your main shut-off valve, or in the supply pipes.
Check with your water supplier to see what the pressure is at your meter first.
Good Luck!
