Unhappy no hot water on 2nd floor

A friend of mine asked me to fix her 2nd floor bathroom hot water. She has hot water on the main floor in the kitchen and her other washroom. She just doesn't have any hot water to her tub or her sink. She had a handyman there before and he told her that she has to rip out part of her wall and replace a pipe. I haven't been there yet but she says she's running all copper.
Any suggestions!
Thanks
P

Cool

She must have obsolete galvanized pipe that has finally clogged up completely.
You can replace it with copper, but if you connect to any galvanized anywhere, be sure and use a di-electric union to prevent electrolysis corrosion between two dissimilar metals.
Good luck!
