Roaring pipes

When certain toilet in home is flushed, plumbing lines always "roar". How do I get rid of this air in my lines, and what is causing it to begin with.

Cool

It is a failing toilet tank water inlet valve, not air in the lines.
Replace it with a Fluidmaster 400A float-cup type valve (about $5-$7 bucks).
Just follow the directions that come with it. Easy.
Good Luck!
