Woodford Outdoor Freezeless Water Faucet

I installed a Woodford RK-25 repair kit in my Model 25 freezeless anti-syphoning faucet. The rubber plunger assembly had degraded to the point that it no longer sealed properly and I could not shut off the faucet completely. Upon installing the repair, I discovered that I have considerably less water flow. I removed the vacuum breaker (nozzle) and the entire valve assembly and the water simply trickled out. Any help would be appreciated.

Part of the old plunger could have stayed in faucet. While installing the new one it could have pushed it down in orfice. Also debris in line could have broken loose stopping up orfice.I run into this time to time.I usally turn faucet off and back on real fast several times sometimes this breaks it loose and flushes out. Some times i have to take faucet out and clean from the other end.
