Plumbing

I have completely replaced all tank components of a toilet. It still leaks (sometimes). Depending on the flush.....It appears to be leaking from the flapper. I have tried a new and better one, but still it will leak if not flushed just right. Any suggestions on how to make this toilet flush right.

Cool

Clean the flapper seat with steel wool or SOS pad.
Shorten the new flapper chain to where it just allows it to close fully. Should operate better.
Good Luck!
