toilet plunge cracked

cast iron toilet plunge broken under slab construction, tried both, (cast iron and plastic with rubber plunge), 1st one does not have a good seal (1/4" gap around the pipe), 2nd one does not have a room to shove all the way in (6 inches above the floor), should i use cast iron and just put a seal around it, what type of sealant should i use, or what should i do????

You need to break the slab out around the cast iron pipe, and cut it off as evenly as possible with a reciprocating saw with metal-cutting blade.
Use a no-hub coupling between the cast iron pipe and PVC pipe from the flange. Fill the hole with new ready-mix cement.
Bolt the flange to the slab with the flange sitting on top of the finished floor, and bolt the toilet to the flange.
Good Luck!
