Hi I have a cottage in _Plattsburg NY and have always winterized it but now I am thinking of putting a ventless gas heater in my crawl space & leaving the heat set at 55 degrees the heater will have a thermostat so that we can go there for Thanksgining & Xmas doe this sound like good idea Pros & cons please Thanks Jim

How much will it cost to repair the plumbing system if the heater fails?

I wouldn't take a chance; that is money burning away like that.

It only takes an hour of time to set system back up to operation on vacant homes.
