Toilet Removal

I am removing a toilet in order to tile a floor. I intend on re-using the toilet. . The bolts are very rusted and I cannot remove the nuts. How can I get the bolts out without breaking the toilet. The bolts and nuts are rusted enough where it's impossible to back off the nuts. I am not sure I can get a hacksaw in close enough as the nuts are inset down where the saw can't reach. I am thinking of using a small grinder but I haven't checked to see if will fit without rubbing against the china. Any other suggestions?????

Take a pair of vise grips, grab the top of the bolt and lock it down, now work the nuts just loose enough to use a hack saw to cut them off.
